I keep planning instead of starting. I have opened 10+ AI chats to research how to market a product and generate content ideas. I haven't posted a single piece. I don’t have a discipline problem. I have: “One more thing before I start” problem. This is not the only reason, though. I don’t have time; I will start tomorrow. Not the right moment is common as well.

This delay is crushing our momentum. And we lose motivation when we don’t see progress. It’s the beginning of a loop where we stop working on different projects.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a solution for us, but using a mental hack to start is the only thing that can help. Set up small rules like. I will create one video after I finish this other task, right after, not tomorrow.
